I'm having a glitch with the decals system. It seems decals show up fine on 
models with a single texture but models that use more than 1 texture will not 
display the decals properly. The problem is much easier explained with the 
following pics

This is what it looks like when I shoot a model that has only 1 texture.

Is anyone else experiencing this bug with multi textured models?
I should also mention that the decal that I'm using is a "VertexLitGeneric" 
material and not the more common "Unlitgeneric".
