Ok..so you're saying that I need to make the server insecure, and make it
lan only? The server I'm running is open to the public, I just want to be
able to get in on my own server via LAN, just myself no other players.  So
making the server insecure would be kinda futile since its open to the
public, and setting it SV_LAN 1 wouldn't that make it only LAN, and not
public?

I was hoping that I might have to have a different port open or something to
get in locally.  Unlike 1.5 Won system, I had it open for public, but I was
able to get in on LAN by typing the local ip of the server without making it
insecure or sv_lan 1.

I hope thats not the only workaround for STEAM servers, because thats kinda
pointless to have a LAN tab on servers, and it won't let admins in on LAN
without getting that "Invalid Steam Ticket" error.
