We're experiancing timeouts aswell on our TF2 servers (linux) at map change sometimes. Its completely random, but *always* at a map change if it happends.
Haven't found a cause, nor a solution. VALVe, any tips or hints from your side? It starts to look like a steam issue as its cross game.
