This time out bug is a issue with the DS and in so is a valid topic to 
be talking about.

on another note, if you don't like a topic that is being discussed 
please don't post on it. You complaining on makes it worse and you are 
causing your own issues. If people would just keep there own opinions to 
them selfs on what should and should not be allowed on here issues like 
this wouldn't be a problem.
