Wait, what? I think you have me confused with someone else - I have said that the mailing list is NOT a Valve support line, it is for server admins to help eachother.
I'd really suggest taking a break from whatever it is you're doing if a little joke about TCP/IP fun gets you in a twist. You should probably take it easy.
