It's not pointless. It shows Valve how serious this problem really is. 

Honestly, at this point ANY email relating to this topic is helpful to show 
Valve that this bug needs to be fixed post haste - spam complaint or not.

Yes it is annoying no doubts there, but just spamming the list with "Wow
this sucks" is pointless.  I do run servers and yeah, its a major issue but
it doesn't seem as if anyone here can figure anything more than that it is
random and clears the server.  If you have new info about it great, post it,
but right now every one of us is aware of the issue, you saying that it
sucks adds nothing new to the conversation.  So please stop spamming the
list with it.
