This plugin is not designed to be used in a normal 24/7 2fort server or any "normal" server at all. It is designed to be used as a honeypot - a server that looks like a normal achievement grinding server. My server is running achievement_scout, and the only reason to join a server running that map is to farm achievements.
If you didn't have the intention of cheating and farming achievements, you wouldn't be there in the first place.
