For the last time, the beta is copyright Valve Software, if you do not have 
a license from them to download it, your breaking the law. You can only play 
the beta if you have a computer, Steam, a keyboard, and the Internet, but 
all of these prerequisites are just as irrelevant to copyright law as it 
stands as you'res is.

You're metaphor doesnt make sense, its already free - just for certain 
people. Its a bit like a free gig, where the first n thousand people get in 
and then they run out of tickets. You' do'nt have the rite to sne'ak in 
ju'st be'cau'se the 'peo'ple who'''''are allowed in didnt pay'.
