For the last time, the beta is copyright Valve Software, if you do not have a license from them to download it, your breaking the law. You can only play the beta if you have a computer, Steam, a keyboard, and the Internet, but all of these prerequisites are just as irrelevant to copyright law as it stands as you'res is.
