ours are verified and updated a few minutes ago. I have updated twice today and the second one is putting our servers in lan mode with sv_lan set to 0

Yep - these are dedicated windows 2008 r2 boxes without steam clients running. sv_lan "0" is set in the server config. I've run the update multiple times, and did a -verify all

We'll investigate the CS:S Windows issue. In the meantime, can
you confirm that you don't have an old steam client on that
Windows machine? If you've run the steam client one, but not run
recently, it might be using the old steam.dll, instead of the new
one released in the latest update.

There were two updates today. The first one contained all the
shared stuff and all the games besides TF2. The second fixed TF2.

I don't know about the Windows server, but the last Linux server
    update
    only updated libraries in ./orangebox/tf/bin/
