Please, if you wish to have these bickering matches do it in private emails
between each other. It is not helpful at the best of times. and recently the
signal to noise ratio on this list is way out of whack.

No, I do not have insider information of valve but I am not an idiot, like
some people.
The updated affected every single server you imbecile. If they had
conducted any testing at all it would of been immediately apparent.
I don't need inside information when common sense is abundantly adequate,
although to someone like you without any I could see this is presents a
significant challenge.
I asked 2 extremely valid questions of valve in light of the last 2
disastrous major rollouts.
1. Why don't you test your updates before rolling them out?
2. Why don't you please do rollouts earlier in the week?
Apparently you don't care at all for your community to ask these glaringly
obvious kinds of questions.
You didn't get 300 emails because of people complaining. You got 300
emails because Valve did not do either of those 2 things.
I also didn't say I have ever complained to get food or drinks comped for
myself.
I said people who do speak up are the ones who get attention because you
said the cliche "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" is untrue.
It is a damn cliche because it is universally true.
I am sure if we held it to a vote every admin with a thriving community
reading this may actually want a damn answer to:
1. Valve, why don't you test your updates before rolling them out?
2. Valve, why don't you please do rollouts earlier in the week?
You are the one who side tracked the entire conversation with your obtuse
observations and you are the reason Valve does not address basic Quality
Assurance measures.
Oh and congratulations!!! I am sure you have had a rip roaring career at
Kenny Shoes.
