Valve is a great company to be sure. We all wouldn't be hosting their servers, I suspect, unless they were. Players demand servers and we provide them and as Todd said, grow our communities out. The issue seems to be that one side thinks Valve can do no wrong and one side thinks Valve can do no right.
These updates could be handled better. That is a fact that you cannot contest. Releasing updates closer to the end of the week than the beginning, given the bugs that usually accompany updates, is not a wise idea. That's just a fact. That remains a constant about most of these updates, even the big ones.
