sv_airmove doesn't work, it has no effect, I tested it, with all the other
cvars you can find here:
http://scripting.elxdraco.net/cvarlist/

so it's only sv_airaccelerate.

Also, the avatars are still not showing in resolutions under 1024x768. Is it
a bug or it's intended?
