I don't know what was up.  It listed them upon firing up the server, but
nobody connected.  I restarted Steam and the server's been full since.  I
think it may have had something to do with the beta that was available for a
short time.  It started and ended in less than a day, but I never got a
prompt to restart.  So anyway, all's well now.  Thanks for the help.
