Hello, happy easter!
Now to the problem: I dont know if im BLIND or anything, but everytime i start
the servers i get hlds_amd in the process list and im running on a dual-xeon
box.
here's some proc/cpuinfo:

AMD agent!

now here's my hlds -test- startup command
./hlds_run -game cstrike +map de_dust2 +ip my.ip.addr.here
[ running bla bla ]
ps aux ->
hlds 6256 0.0 0.1 4484 1156 pts/1 S+ 20:39 0:00 /bin/sh
./hlds_run -game cstrike +map de_dust2 +ip my.ip.addr.here
hlds 6268 34.0 6.7 84700 69372 pts/1 Sl+ 20:39 0:01 ./hlds_amd
-game cstrike +map de_dust2 +ip my.ip.addr.here
w00t - am i seeing things ? it was hlds_i686 till now, when i had to restart
the server for some reason.
i didnt mess with hlds_run if thats what you may be thinking.
and that setup is actually a vanilla server (yes i was too suspicios that i may
have changed smth so i set-up a vanilla server)
i know i can do "-binary ./hlds_i686" wich isnt a big deal on one server, but
that would imply changing a fair ammounts of scripts on multiple servers, i
dont even want to think about the dudes hosting servers.
