The sound cache is full on a full server after some seconds. It seems to be
limited to 67 MB only. I have increased mem_min_heapsize, mem_max_heapsize
and snd_async_minsize, but the 67 MB limit is still there...
So there must be some other way to increase it.

How is snd_async_showmem looking? I'm pretty sure the cache is working
for me since I always have stuttering after starting the game but as I
play this usually becomes less common over time, I imagine that is
because the content is kept in memory. Btw, is there anyway to
increase the size of the sound cache?
