I have this with CSS. Server stops responding. The console does not respond. The Linux server is fine. Top shows te server at or near 100% CPU. After about 30-90 seconds it just resumes as if nothing was wrong. Most of the time the players timeout from the client side.
I only see this once every few weeks.
