That is correct. Note that the list of servers you can select from will only be servers in your Steam groups that are currently empty and can accept your lobby.
Server operators may wish to revisit setting the Steam group for their dedicated servers. This can be done by adding "sv_steamgroup <id>" to the server.cfg file where <id> is the Steam group's id number that is viewable on the administration page for the group in the Steam Community.
