correct AnAkln.

I have sv_pure set to 1 and  sv_consistency set to 1.
With a pure_server_whitelist.txt with this.

Even with that, I'm not sure it helps since it's valves textures. if they
are only editing the .vmt to point to a different material, i guess the
engine doesn't see that. ?
