Today we had 4 servers hanging again on _restart. 2 of them didn't give
anything back other then hanging.  2 other ones gave a big glibc error
message (and hanging too) p.s. each time it was a random server.. aswell as
custom modded servers (saxton hale/dodgeball) but also just a simple
dustbowl server or all maps server.

I am switching now towards the "quit" command instead of "_restart" seeing
if that helps anything.
