I'm all for kicking malicious server owners in the butt (and that plugin is disgusting) but this MOTD limit is too harsh and very short sighted. There are so many non-malicious applications for MOTDs and once again all server operators have to suffer because of a few malicious idiots. This change is not a good way to solve the problem.
