OK so

sys_ticrate 100
fps_max 500

for a 100tic/500fps server, right?

What about halftime sides switch? Is it automatic or do I have to set an
cvars?
(I want at the 9th round both teams to switch sides)

Thanks.

PS. Are my rates OK or should I change them?
