1) Obviously, it's minor.
2) It was hard to determine whether the notes were in tune or not.
3) From my perspective, it sounded like it was in D minor. 
 
My ears were a bit weird when I listened to this, and that was w/my speakers
at a low level.

That's what the analytical part of my brain is saying too. The musical
part screams "run for the hills!"

Now some questions for the group.
Could you tell without thinking:

- Wether it was major or minor?
- If the intervalls were in tune or not?
- (For those with perfect pitch) What key it was in?

If we repeat this exercise with an unknown melody, would you be able
to write it down?
