I should also point out that printing a normal color photo also has 
the same problem. The 1st 75% of the photo is too red, and then the 
last 25% is fairly normal. So it's not just a black and white thing.

Should I try replacing the magenta cartridge, or a printhead or 
something? It seems the red is coming out too much when not needed, 
before correcting itself 75% through. Weird.
