Have you tried printing from Photoshop or some application and not using QImage? Are you running it from the same printer and software as the last time it printed properly? Did you reinstall the printer software when you moved the printer? Does happen regardless of the size of the print?
Sure sounds like a driver issue to me. You might have installed a new piece of software that stepped on a portion of the driver. I would delete the printer completely from the system and do fresh install. If you print the same image several times but at different sizes does it fail at the same point on each print, or does the point of failure depend on the print size? Can you drive the printer from another computer, like maybe a laptop? Will QImage let you save the print as a file and then send it to the printer directly? These things can be really frustrating! Good luck!
