As an HP reseller and service center I may be able to qualify some of 
this for you.

1. The 130nr is not scheduled to be discontinued.

2. The actual part# to be used on the HP parts store for the roll 
feed assembly is Q1247-60188.  You can also use the actual sales 
part# Q1247A.  Doing a simple google search on either of these 
numbers should also provide other sources closer to your area to 
obtain the part.  Please note this is the entire assembly and not 
just a particular "side"
