Yeah, guess I need to call em up. :( I've had this 14 months now.

Here's a question for you folks with home made roll holders: where do you
insert the roll of paper? It seems as though the roll slot is blocked, is
that because the roll motor is not working? If I removed the roll motor,
should I be able to feed through the roll slot? It's a total bitch to cut
paper off the roll and feed it through the manual slot.
