Hi... from all reports, this is a goof-up in the hp driver. The same thing
happens when printing from Qimage, with the pic in landscape mode, but not in
portrait.
Mike Chaney, author of Qimage, said that this must be the fault of the
driver. Ok.....
....now: How to reach someone in Hp's heiroglyphic heirerarchy who will:
1) Accept that this true
2) Accept that it is a problem
3) Do something about it
I've never been able to reach anyone at Hp who really knows anything. First
stop is always India, where they just have book of answers. The future after
that is up for grabs. All the problems I've ever had with my Dj130 have been
of a subtle nature like this one and far too complex for anyone I've been able
to reach by phone.
What's the problem here?!?! Why does Hp make it so difficult? Is there
something I'm missing? Does anyone have a magic phone number??
I love the Dj130, but I cringe to think of the day when I'll have a real
problem.
