A permanent MF50 Pentel feltpen (Super Fine Point) works on both sides of Premium ID Satin (Z3100 here) but the signature on the back will show through in light parts and margins of the print. Waterproof too. A drawing pen filled with inkjet ink (carts are never really empty) will work as well on the front but don't go under 0.5 ISO as it otherwise scrapes the surface. Smaller sizes are good for retouching though, always use the lightest inkjet inks then.
