Hi There, I'm new too, I deal with and support Designjets
professionally in central Europe.

I'd stay away from 130 for this kind of application, the Z2100 is the
way to go, if you add up all the accessoires to bring the 130 up to
spec, you'll be rather close to the 24' Z2100 anyway, if you plan on
using HP consumables the larger cartridges of the Z might even save
you some money in the long run.
I'd stay away from CISS, not worth it unless you are running a
serious production, and when printing on such expensive media, ink
costs are less of a factor anyway, esp. if you have to repeat
printouts because of colour issues, which is almost always a concern
with 3rd party inks.

The 130 chassis was never really build for handling canvas, yes it
can take rather thick paper from the rear paper paths, but after all,
it's a jumped up buiseness Inkjet, so fine art printing was never
really the focus when designing it.
The Z-series chassis on the other hand was designed exactly for this
kind of thing, much more reliable.
Also, the pigmented inks of the Z are a huge plus, esp. on canvas,
laminating goes against the idea of using canvas in the first place
and spray on solutions are rather ineffective on this kind of porous
media.
And if you are using a rip, support for Media (ICC profiles) is much
better on the Z, both, from HP and 3rd parties, as are the profiling
options, another important consideration.

The only thing the 130 has really going for it is the Paper tray (not
suited for fine art papers).
If you can do without it, i'd try to bite the bullet and go for the
small Z.
Large format printing will never be cheap, however pinching pennies
at the wrong end might make it really expensive.

As for the 5000, it's a great machine, unfortunately some spares are
hard to come by these days, but its a serious production printer
anyway so it's probably 2 sizes too big for your needs.
