Hi I'm new to the group, and I just started using the Z3100. I wonder if the problem is that you're not allowing extra canvas for the default margins, unless you're printing borderless. If your image is 20x24, including your border, then your custom paper size has to have an additional .2" on the top and each side, and .67" on the bottom. So you'll need a custom paper size of 20.4"x24.87". What I do is add the margins in the printer driver. If my image is 20"x24", and I want 2" margins, then I create a custom paper size of 24"x28" with 2" margins.
