My gurdy is a little on the large and heavy side, and without the support of
a lap it likes to move when I get cranking. I use two guitar straps, both
tied at the head and ³buttoned² under the crank at the tail. One goes over
the right shoulder so that my left (keyboard) arm is free in reaching over
the top; the other, which had to be shortened a little, goes around back
and stabilizes the whole works. The waist strap has a clip or strap lock so
it¹s easy getting the thing on; shoulder strap doesn¹t need it, just slips
over my head.

Regards,
Leonard Williams
