I've processed it on a local computer, and it gave me:

while the current one in the master repo is giving me:

which sounded kind of weird to me...
Specially because your file is weighting ~132k while the
current-one-in-the-master-repo is ~124k... even weirder...
Then I've had a look to the 2 files in a text editor and I think I found
out why. Example :
current-one-in-the-master-repo (line 344):
<context>
<name>DownloadWidget</name>
<message>
<source>(%1/%2 KiB) - ETA %3</source>
<translation></translation>
</message>
</context>
the one in your file (line 344 too):
<context>
<name>DownloadWidget</name>

We can see here that currently, it *is not* translated but is non-marked
as "unfinished" which then is counting as a "translated" string.
In you file, is *is* translated but is marked as "unfinished" which is
counting as a non-translated file.
This is really upside-down.
I've looked through the files and it does look to be the case for a
bunch of strings.
My suggestion for now is as follow: I don't know which software you use
to translate (I'm personally a simple text editor named "pluma", which
is a part of the MATE desktop environment), but I would suggest either:
1) use whatever usual software you're using to translate, check all the
"unfinished" labeled strings, remove those when relevant, save the file,
send it back to the mailing list
2) use a simple text editor, search for "untranslated", check the
type="unfinished" labeled strings, remove those when relevant, save the
file, send it back to the mailing list
Does that sounds a good plan for you? Since I don't know what are your
computer-skills, I hope what I'm saying isn't too much confuse for
you.If it'd be the case, my apologize, tell me so and I'll strive to
find an easier way for doing things.
