Official IBM policy is that it does not use terms that include others'
trademarks. Thus the official name is "Linux for System z [and zSeries
and S/390]", not "z/Linux". Of course IBMers use the latter, but
they're not supposed to.

Thus not finding it in that book is unsurprising.
