Fear has nothing to do with it. I was just passing along a recommendation from 
someone who knows more about the subject than I do. The fact remains that using 
0,0 will result in excessive ca splits which will increase the size of Judy's 
MCDS which is what she was concerned about.

Splits are no longer a thing to be afraid of!
