Not really.... freespace(50,50) will make the MCDS 4 times larger than
necessary.

IBM recommend (0,0) . After the initial ci/ca splits in the first few
weeks it settles down and only grows slowly.

The fact remains that using 0,0 will result in excessive ca splits which
will increase the size of Judy's MCDS which is what she was concerned
about.
