Max, there was a redbook (WLM for sysprogs ???) published earlier this
year. Looked pretty good from the skim I did of it.

However, I also agree that your organization must first concentrate on
getting (good) SLAs in place. That has to be a business decision - not
everyone is going to be happy with the result, but cost/benefit has to
be determined, and the pain apportioned.
With a WLC cap in place, apparently somebody believes costs have to be
contained.

PIs are only a useful indicator if sensible goals are in place - and
SLAs are the determinant of that.
