From the way you worded this I am assuming that you were in the process of defining the LOGR CDSs? This is definitely NOT a health checker message. If you were not in the process of defining both CDSs, do you have automation in place that reacts to that message? Were there I/O errors (any kind) for that device since that message that might have caused the alternate dataset to be temporarily unavailable?
