After I found out what the SR panel is (I never use that): You are running AMRF, and the system keeps messages with certain descriptor codes in its AMRF buffers. Presumably that is what the SR panel shows (we don't run AMRF, so all I see are open replies). In order to delete a message from AMRF, it needs to get DOM'd. That is normally done by the task that detected the condition in the first place when that selfsame task detects that the condition no longer exists. I don't know if XCF does this DOMing (but I assume they do). So either that DOM didn't work/wasn't done or the message you are seeing was manipulated to have it reissued by someone else (automation?) who does not do proper DOMing. In order to get rid of it (if you're sure that the condition has been handled) all you need to do is DOM it yourself by using the appropriate K C command.
