Bluezone, Filezilla and CoreFTP will work on a vanilla network configuration. WS-SCP will work for hfs/zfs files but not on mvs data sets.
If you have a firewall that addresses are being NAT'd, then Bluezone will work but I have had no success with either Filezilla or CoreFTP. >From the threads on the Filezilla forums, it appears that the Filezilla developers seem to be on a kick that does not include extended passive support. I am unsure about the txt interface for Bluezone, Filezilla or CoreFTP.
