The question was raised about the first amendment. This is not a
religious situation. Therefore the right to speak on anything
doesn't exist. The rules are published. I'm assuming one agreed
with the rules upon joining.
This means that the owner/operator/administrator can suspend or
terminate an account.
Given that immediate action by the "administrator" has not been
done, One could solve this by setting a rule in their email to
send an email to trash or otherwise silence the offending commenter.
