Did you mean that the size of CSA shrank or the amount of CSA being used shrank? I think some of the posts thought it was the former, but the above makes me think it's the latter. The answer for the latter is because you're doing something differently or your configuration differs. If you felt like it, you could take an SVC Dump and run the VSMDATA OWNCOMM report to see what address spaces are using what.
