Some vendors like (or is it LOVE?) to use the keys to hijack any upgrades so they can increase their fees. What is a 800 number? If that is a sort of toll-free number or something like that, it won't help us here in Sunny South Africa. Timezone (Zulu Time + 2 hours) is one reason such a fancy number will not work for us. Granted, I don't like to bash vendors, because they also need to have some (dry) bread and water to live from...
