I know there's been lots of back and forth, but Lionel is zeroing in on the crux of the issue. What do customers need? I think we need to (re)focus on that, first. These vendors' current arrangements add risk to disaster recovery, plain and simple. I agree with Lionel. It's a genuine problem.
