Timothy:

While I appreciate your optimism, you didn’t follow one thread.
A couple of months ago on here one of IBM’s many people asked us to fill out a
survey.
I tried and was unsuccessful.
When I communicated with the person we exchanged information. After a few
exchanges she said too bad and maybe you will try next time.
Now, I know a survey isn’t all that important but it showed to me that IBM
didn’t get it. IBM has lost their legendary we will make it work ethic. That to
me shows that 90 days isn’t enough (I gave up trying after 4 months).

On the surface 90 days seems reasonable but when you look at how IBM has
reacted to issues in the past in one instance that I know of, I am not so sure.
