Never deliver a horse untill the leassee has taken lessons on the
horse art the horses place.....always charge for delivery, that
should never be a part of the lease. Always give lessons with your
horse and the new leasee at the new place.

Never deliver untill a vet is already done...Period. Get it all in
writing and have it notorized, this protects yourself so you can go
get your horse at any time......

If I was having those type of issues, I wouild go pick up my horse
immediatley. You are right, she is not acting like a person who is
happy and grateful to have this horse in her care...bad match.
