I also seem to remember paying membership dues to Hamakor, and many other people did the same. Paying for such disks (how much can it cost - 500 shekels? 1000?) is as good a cause as any, if used wisely (not for a mirror of a distribution that has 2 users in Israel!). In fact it's exactly the kind of thing that I expect to be done with the money I paid. How much money is involved here? I assume it's not $20,000, like wikipedia asked for :) P.S. There's a completely new server in hamakor.org.il. How come the two of them together still don't have enough space?
