Again, Shlomi: what can we provide that can't be provided better by
SourceForge, Berlios, Savanah, and Sunside.dk ?

I don't know if any of them already provides Subversion, but CVS is not
that much worse. And one can always turn elsewhere to get a Subversion
server.

Alternatively, you may want to provide just subversion services, because
SF doesn't provide it yet.
