let me justify the points

1. LINUX is lesser user friendly:-

-to learn to use command line for an non-engineer is a daunting task .
-and for other points i am satisfied that it is the resistance to change
that LINUX seems hard .
but the fact that non-engineers should go to LINUX is hard ,because of this
resistance .
an engineer like us enjoys LINUX because it is different and better OS ,but
why would a busniessman want to waste his time learning a new thing .

2. LINUX will be properiatory

UBUNTU is not properiatory now because it's under development.it's not
visible to us .if you are going for what is written on CD cover than i think
you should reconsider yourself.UBUNTU is given for free because:-

1. because they want to see ,what actually we want
2. it's new ,and if you are an UBUNTU user you would realise that it has
some damn bad policies ,as compared to REDHAT
3. they are using it as FEDORA ,after UBUNTU is popular they ,would
certailny release A REDHAT ALIKE .

OTHER eg's

1. OPEN SOLARIS RECOMMENDS VERY HARDLY TO JOIN IT'S COMMUNITY
2. UNBREABLE LINUX (ORACLE'S) is given as a distro only when people are
willing to use ORACLE technologies (for exact words order a free cd)
3. REDHAT MAGAZINE clearly specifies what FEDORA is for

"

People often wonder how to get new capabilities—new packages, new features
in existing packages, or even bug fixes—included in Red Hat Enterprise
Linux. The process for doing so is straightforward, but may be foreign to
those with a background in traditional software products.

To summarize, the process is:
1)Get the new code accepted upstream.
2)Get it included in Fedora.
3)Get it included in Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Although this article focuses on the Linux kernel, the steps apply to all
Red Hat Enterprise Linux components and packages."

this is what i got from REDHATMAGAZINE.COM

i myself believe that LINUX IS MUCH BETTER THAN WINDOWS.

well my point is not that WINDOWS is better than LINUX ,but that LINUX is
not that great to criticize WINDOWS so hardly .

PLEASE explain the security part in detail or atleast send an appropriate
link
