The package list shows it ships with 2.4.20 kernel which might well be the root of problems. http://www.linpus.com.tw/Products/Desktop/Linpus_92/packages_list.htm However, they do provide a link to download a newer one here http://www.linpus.com.tw/Downloads/desktop/2004-10-15_kernel.htm So, it's possible for them to upgrade and provide the hardware support.
