Friends. One of my friends is running a hardware service business. He plans to scale the business to rural places all over tamilnadu.
He needs a good ticketing system to manage all the issues under a single umbrella. Can you suggest a better FOSS Ticketing System? Following are the requirements. It should be web based Should be FOSS Should be handle 1000s of users Should handle 200-400 tickets daily Fields should be customizable in UI. Should provide various privileges for various users and group. Various Reports should be generated I suggested VtigerCRM. But I never tested for the performance in these kind of large scale implementation. Please suggest the tools if you know any that suits for these requirements.
